FluentCommunity: First Month in Review
FluentCommunity launched in November 2024, as a groundbreaking WordPress community solution. Our mission is to empower businesses and educators to create meaningful, thriving online spaces.
One month in, we’re excited to share how we’ve prioritized customer feedback and continuously improved.
Launch Event Highlights
We launched FluentCommunity in two exciting phases, staying true to our sole goal of delivering a superior community-building experience that is fast, responsive, and user-friendly.
- First, on November 7th, we opened it up to our BETA testers for a private launch, and then
- on November 18th, we made it official with a public launch for everyone.
Survey & Our Commitment
We conducted a survey and asked our BETA testers about their needs and how they envisioned using FluentCommunity. We didn’t just listen—we made it our mission to deliver a solution that aligns perfectly with your goals.
From our survey, we received over 800 responses from our users, and more than 2,500 users joined our official community to share their needs and aspirations.
From the development phase to the very moment we launched, FluentCormmunity has been in conversation with its users.
We made sure to provide easy access for direct communication with our users through various channels, including:
- Beta Teaster surveys: 800+ survey form submission
- Our official WPManageNinja community: Joined 2500+ members in product discussion
Through these channels, we gathered valuable insights into what our users need, and appreciate, and where they want us to improve. We didn’t just listen—we created something they truly love.
During our survey, one of our BETA testers, “Sella Yoffe,” shared his dream of having a community plugin tailored for his Blog.

Here’s what he said–
“I’ve been hunting for a community plugin for several years.

Another one of our BETA testers, “Simon H,” envisioned a community plugin to build his business community.
Did we meet his expectations? Yes, he found FluentCommunity perfectly aligned with his expectations. Here’s what he found–
“I’ve been testing this plugin for a month, and am very impressed with how much progress the developers have made. This plugin was used during its own beta testing, and the team behind it has been very responsive and attentive to feedback, which is a testament to the quality of their product.”– Simon H
Our BETA tester “Carlos Rodera” expressed us his desire to have a community for Entrepreneurs.
Did we meet his expectations? Yes, he switched to FluentCommunity from other community platforms/plugins. Here’s what he experienced–
“I have used several and different communities options from Facebook to Discord, Skool or BuddyBoss now to FluentCommunity.”– Carlos Rodera
