1. Content Moderation

Now you’re even more in control of your community. Content moderation allows you to review, filter, and manage user-generated content (UGC) to ensure it aligns with the community’s guidelines, rules, and values.
The goal is to maintain a healthy, safe, and respectful environment by preventing spam, harmful content, harassment, or anything inappropriate.
1.1. Post Moderation
Now in FluentCommunity, users can report posts that violate community guidelines, such as hate speech, harassment, spam, misinformation, explicit content, or off-topic discussions.

When a user clicks “Report Post”, a pop-up appears with a dropdown list of common reporting reasons and an optional explanation field for additional details.

The dropdown contains reasons like harassment, spam, offensive, etc.

Reported posts are automatically flagged for admin review.

Admins can manage reported content through a centralized reporting dashboard, where they can easily view posts categorized as “Pending,” “Ignored,” or “Unpublished.”

From this dashboard, admins have full control to review, ignore, or unpublish flagged posts, ensuring efficient content moderation while keeping the community safe and constructive.

1.2. Comment Moderation
Here’s a key point to note: post and comment moderation function in the same way.
So, users can now report comments that violate community guidelines, such as hate speech, harassment, spam, misinformation, or off-topic discussions.

When a user clicks “Report Comment”, a pop-up appears with a dropdown list of common reporting reasons and an optional explanation field for additional details.

The moderation setting is this new version incorporates an awesome feature, the Profanity Filter. This helps maintain a respectful and safe environment by automatically detecting and filtering out offensive words or phrases in user-generated content.

Admins can enable and customize the filter by defining a list of restricted words. If a user attempts to post content containing any of these words, the system will automatically flag the post for review and hide it until approval. Additionally, this feature allows the admin to set a specific number of reports required to flag a post or comment for review.

2. Social Links Customization
This new feature allows admins to control which social platforms are allowed and customize the appearance of social links on user profiles.

Users can easily add, edit, or remove links, ensuring their profiles remain up to date. This feature enhances engagement by making it easier for members to find and connect across different platforms.

3. BunnyNet
With the latest update, FluentCommunity now integrates BunnyNet as a media storage solution, ensuring faster, more efficient, and scalable media management.
This allows communities to store and serve images, videos, and other files seamlessly, reducing server load and improving overall performance.

By leveraging BunnyNet’s global CDN, media files are optimized and delivered quickly, enhancing user experience while keeping bandwidth usage low.

4. Incoming webhook

Users can search for specific groups or topics using keywords, and sort the listings by Alphabetical order or by Latest/Oldest spaces.
