AuthLab Connect also allows us to reflect on our journey, acknowledging the achievements, milestones, and progress of our products, our team, and our contributors.

Beyond the sessions and discussions, AuthLab Connect represents collaboration, inspiration, and growth. It reminds us why we started, how far we have come, and where we are heading next. Each conversation, story, and celebration adds value to the collective experience.

In this post, I will walk you through everything you need to know about AuthLab Connect 2025. From its purpose to its highlights and impact. So stay with me, and keep reading as we relive and explore this special event together.

Event details: Venue and schedule

The program was held over two days, from January 16 to January 17, 2026, at Dusai Resort and Spa, Moulvibazar, Sylhet, Bangladesh.

Conference Day: A day of vision and direction

The first day was dedicated to the conference. Upon arrival at the venue at 12:00 PM, we were warmly welcomed by the resort staff. After settling in, we had lunch and took a short break to refresh ourselves. After that, we prepared for the event and gathered in formal attire to begin the conference sessions.

Main event: The leadership message

The main event of AuthLab Connect took place in the conference hall of Dusai Resort and Spa. The session began with a keynote address from our CEO, Md. Shahjahan Jewel, who delivered a thoughtful and forward-looking leadership speech.

He first reflected on the company’s overall performance during the previous calendar year, highlighting key achievements, learnings, and milestones. He then shared AuthLab’s vision and strategic priorities for the year ahead, setting a clear direction for the organization.

A significant part of the discussion focused on the evolving market landscape, particularly the rapid acceleration of competitors through artificial intelligence. In this context, he emphasized the importance of understanding change and adapting proactively in the AI-driven era.

The speech also outlined the need to build a more dynamic organization. One that values continuous learning, agility, and individual ownership. He addressed operational improvements, stressing the importance of reworking existing processes to remove bottlenecks, increase efficiency, maximize support for our 1.3 million users.

Finally, he spoke about purposeful and focused growth, concluding with what lies ahead for AuthLab, including future SaaS initiatives, a strong commitment to supporting small businesses, and the gradual development of a sustainable ecosystem built thoughtfully, one step at a time.

Our team gave outstanding effort to the products in 2025. As a result, we have reached achieved many milestones. For example, Fluent Forms crossed 600,000+ active installations, FluentCRM reached 70,000+ active installations, FluentCommunity empowering 7000+ communities in just one year, FluentCart empowering 3000+ woocommerce business in just 4 months, and more. Besides, many of our products won the WPAwards 2025 in different categories, we have published numerous number of blogpost in our each domains, and received more than 90% 5 star ratings on our plugins in WordPress.org.

Recognizing excellence: Awards and appreciation

Following our CEO’s speech, the program paused for a 15-minute intermission, during which attendees enjoyed coffee and light refreshments. The award ceremony formally commenced at 8:00 PM.

The individual award categories were structured as follows:

Together, these awards reflected AuthLab’s commitment to recognizing excellence, teamwork, and dedication across the organization. The ceremony served as a meaningful moment to celebrate individual contributions and collective achievements that continue to drive our growth forward.

Honoring long-term service

At AuthLab (WPManageNinja), we uphold a long-standing tradition of recognizing long-term commitment and dedication. Employees who complete five years of service with the organization are honored during AuthLab Connect with a special token of appreciation.

This year, we were proud to recognize five team members who have contributed five valuable years to the company. In acknowledgment of their loyalty, hard work, and sustained impact, each of them was presented with the latest iPhone, the iPhone 17 Pro Max, as a gesture of gratitude from the organization.

This recognition reflects AuthLab’s commitment to valuing people, celebrating milestones, and fostering a culture of appreciation and long-term growth.

A shared success: Profit distribution

After the completion of all formal proceedings, the final highlight of the conference day was the distribution of the company’s profit share among all employees. This meaningful moment reflected AuthLab’s commitment to shared success and collective growth, and the joy on everyone’s faces truly captured the spirit of the occasion, as seen in the accompanying event snapshots.

Following the conclusion of the program, we gathered for dinner before returning to our cottages. The day ended on a relaxed and cheerful note, filled with extended conversations, laughter, and moments of camaraderie, making it a memorable close to an enriching day.

Cultural day: Relax, connect, celebrate

January 17, 2026, was dedicated entirely to relaxation and enjoyment. The fresh morning breeze from the hills surrounding Dusai Resort and Spa, along with the gentle sunlight filtering through the trees, created a refreshing start to the day, rejuvenating both body and mind and setting the tone for the activities ahead.

Team photoshoot

Following our morning refreshments, everyone changed into their official AuthLab sweatshirts in preparation for the photoshoot. After breakfast, the session began across the beautiful premises of the resort. Team by team, department by department, we captured memorable moments together. The photoshoot reflected our unity, energy, and shared spirit, resulting in some of the finest team photographs from the event.

Games and sports

Next, the gaming session commenced, attracting enthusiastic participation from many attendees across a variety of games. Winners were awarded exciting prizes, adding an extra layer of fun and competition to the day. Meanwhile, some participants chose to relax and enjoy the pool area, creating their own memorable moments.

Following the games, we gathered for lunch, after which everyone took some time to rest and recharge for the afternoon activities.

Quizzes and fun games

By 6:00 PM, we came back together at the conference hall for an evening of fun-filled activities. The session began with an engaging office-themed quiz, where everyone tested their knowledge of AuthLab’s history and milestones. Questions ranged from “Who was the first voiceover artist on our team?” and “Who was the first female colleague at AuthLab?” to “How many washrooms do we have?” and “Who leads the AuthLab girls’ group?” The quiz sparked laughter, friendly competition, and great memories.

Following the quiz, we enjoyed a lively game of Dumb Charades, which brought out the playful side of everyone. The cheering, excitement, and team spirit filled the entire conference hall, creating an atmosphere of pure enjoyment and camaraderie.

Prize ceremony

We also celebrated achievements in our annual inter-departmental football tournament, where teams are organized by department with players representing their respective units. This year, the Marketing Team delivered an outstanding performance and emerged as the tournament champions, proudly lifting the coveted cup in a moment of well-deserved celebration.

Cultural functions

During our cultural event, we enjoyed a variety of performances, including solo and group singing, dance performances by individuals and teams, and an energetic drum performance by our talented drummer. 

Every act added to the vibrant atmosphere, creating an evening full of entertainment and celebration. Overall, AuthLab’s cultural night was a wonderful occasion to foster connections, fun, and unforgettable memories for everyone involved.

Foods and the ambiance

Our overall experience at Dusai Resort was truly exceptional. We enjoyed three buffet meals daily, with the desserts being particularly outstanding. Beyond the cuisine, the resort’s ambiance was incredibly refreshing, leaving us energized and recharged so much so that returning to work afterward felt effortless and invigorating.

The day we return

Finally, the last day of the event arrived. We checked out of the hotel at 12:00 PM and safely returned home by 2:00 PM on January 18, 2026, concluding a memorable and valuable experience.

It is an opportunity to set goals for the year ahead, recharge and energize the team, and refine and craft ideas that will guide our growth and success throughout the year.
