Why We Built FluentCommunity?

In mid-2024, we faced an unprecedented national crisis in Bangladesh—an internet shutdown during a period of civil unrest. With no access to social networks or communication platforms, we were cut off from the world, leaving us anxious about the safety of our team members and families.

During that time, we realized the true importance of having an internal social network. We had already been developing an internal platform for our team, but the crisis forced us to rethink its value and potential.

This experience made us realize that every organization needs a reliable way to build and maintain strong communities. We also knew that there was limited all-in-one WordPress community solution. We saw a gap, and we knew our experience could help fill it.

That’s why we built FluentCommunity—to help businesses, schools, coaches, professionals, and organizations create thriving internal networks. It’s the result of our own experience, months of development, and a commitment to empowering others to build stronger, more connected communities within WordPress.
