Major product updates
The year brought significant updates and several smaller releases, each adding valuable features and enhancements. Let’s review what we’ve delivered so far.
Quiz Module

One of the very first features we added to FluentCommunity was the Quiz Module, in response to strong user demand. This module allows creators to engage members with interactive quizzes, evaluate learning, and increase participation. Fully integrated and easy to set up, it makes communities more dynamic and enjoyable.
Following/ Follow Module
The Follow Module in FluentCommunity lets members easily follow other users, staying updated with their posts, activities, and contributions. This feature ensures stronger connections, encourages engagement, and helps create a more interactive, vibrant community. It keeps members informed and connected in real time.
Live Notifications on Mobile App
Members now receive instant updates on the mobile app whenever someone follows them, reacts to a post, replies to their content, or when a group experiences new activity. With no delays, this confirms real-time engagement, keeping everyone connected and informed as interactions happen.
Paywall set up with FluentCart

FluentCommunity’s Paywall feature lets you monetize premium Courses and Spaces through FluentCart integration. Set content to private, link a product for purchase, and configure an attractive lock screen for users.
Modern Course Overview Layout (Pro feature)

FluentCommunity’s Modern Course Overview Layout offers a sleek alternative to the classic design. This update adds Course Details, image previews, video thumbnails, and instructor information, giving creators full control over how courses are displayed.
Gutenberg Block in Course Lesson Editor
FluentCommunity’s Course Lesson Editor supports Gutenberg blocks, allowing creators to design lessons with flexibility, interactivity, and beautiful formatting for a more engaging learning experience.
Gutenberg Block Support for Lockscreen
In FluentCommunity 2.1.0, we have introduced full control over lock screen content. Users can customize descriptions directly in the Gutenberg editor with unlimited text, allowing personalized messages that boost engagement and create a more customized community experience.
Paymattic Integration (Pro feature)
In FluentCommunity 1.1.22, we introduced Paymattic integration for smooth payments and automatic member access for Paid Courses and VIP Spaces via Paymattic’s Payment or Subscription Forms, simplifying monetization and community management.
Real-Time Chats
Besides, FluentCommunity helps to do instant 1-on-1 conversations with typing indicators, read receipts, and media sharing, all fully built within WordPress for an easy and interactive messaging experience.
Groups Feature Improvement
We’ve made the Groups feature more flexible, powerful, and easy to manage. With support for admins and moderators, custom permissions, private, public, and paid groups, as well as group-specific feeds, chats, announcements, and pinned posts, communities can now scale effortlessly from dozens to thousands of members.
Performance, UX & Stability Improvements
Every release also included under-the-hood improvements, such as faster queries and caching optimization, refreshed UI elements, mobile UX enhancements, reduced server load for large communities, improved media handling, and accessibility upgrades. As a result, FluentCommunity is now faster, smoother, and more stable than ever.
Marketing and community efforts
This year was packed with marketing activities and team efforts. Here’s a look at what we’ve achieved so far.
Engaging Landing Pages for Effective Learning
FluentCommunity’s Engaging Landing Pages for Effective Learning provide a comprehensive experience, including competitor comparisons, a pricing calculator, a Free vs Pro page, an integrations overview, and more. These pages are designed to educate, guide, and help users make informed decisions while exploring community-building features effectively.
Effective Blog Posts to Drive Users
This year, we tried to craft effective blog posts to reach the right audience by leveraging SEO-optimized keywords, high-quality content, and strategic on-page SEO. These posts increase visibility, drive users to the site, and help establish authority, ensuring FluentCommunity effectively connects with creators, businesses, and community builders.
Experimental Efforts to Engage Users
FluentCommunity’s experimental efforts include innovative initiatives, such as a Patreon alternative marketing approach, designed to explore new ways to attract, engage, and retain members. These experiments help test creative strategies, gather insights, and refine community features to deliver a more engaging experience for users.
Ads Campaigns
We’re also doing ad campaigns focused on sales-driven strategies, targeting the right audience effectively. These campaigns are delivering measurable results, boosting conversions, and helping grow the platform’s user base and community engagement.
Active Community for Users
In addition to our support team, we maintain an active user community where members can get help with plugin-related issues. We also gather feedback to guide and improve future development.
Exploring WordCamps
This year, FluentCommunity participated in WordCamp Dhaka 2025, where one of our team members, leading the marketing team, delivered a presentation. The event provided an excellent opportunity to showcase the plugin and introduce it to a wider audience.
What we have learned this year
Building communities isn’t just about features, it’s about confirming genuine connections. Over the past year, we’ve learned that creators value ownership without SaaS limitations, while members seek simplicity, speed, and clarity.
Engagement tools should feel natural, not forced, and monetization must remain flexible and fully under the creator’s control. A community truly progresses when it’s easy to join, participate in, and manage. These key lessons are guiding everything we build moving forward.
Thank you for being a part of this journey
FluentCommunity exists because creators like you believed in a better way. A way to build communities you own, on a platform you control, with tools you can trust. Your feedback, ideas, and support made this year unforgettable. Cheers to a year of growth, engagement, and stronger communities together. Let’s keep building.
